This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Dravel Trips Limited, using the webpage www.dravel.ke, by phone or any other channel. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy regarding refunds and cancellations. Dravel has no responsibility whatsoever for any arrangements you make with any third party as a result of your use of our Services or Platforms (including, without limitation, any Transport Operator). If you encounter any problems with any booking you make or attempt to make via Dravel, you acknowledge that your refund, lies with the relevant Transport Provider and not with Dravel.
Booking cancellations
Standard Refund Policy: For cancellations made by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, a full or partial refund may be applicable, subject to the terms and conditions set by the transport operator. Cancellation Fees: Some bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee imposed by the transport operator. The amount of the fee and the specific cancellation policy will depend on the individual travel operator's policies. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please note that it may take a certain number of days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds due to service disruption or changes
Service Disruption: In the event of service disruptions, delays, or cancellations initiated by the transport operator, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. We will make every effort to facilitate refunds promptly and assist you in this process. Changes in Booking: If there are changes to your booking initiated by the transport operator, resulting in a downgrade in service or seating, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the fare difference. Exceptions
Please note that certain bookings, such as promotional or non-refundable fares, may not be eligible for refunds. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.If not stated otherwise in the ticket booking process, the following conditions apply:
- Please ensure you are at the bus or train stop at least half an hour before the departure time
- Respect the transport policy of the respective bus or train operator
